Every patient receives a written estimate covering the operation, the hospital stay and the scheduled follow-up before committing to travel. There are no figures that appear later.

US insurers rarely cover elective surgery abroad, but they do often reimburse parts of the diagnostic workup done at home. Swedish patients can ask their region about planned care abroad; we supply the clinical documentation needed for that application, without promising an outcome we do not control.

Follow-up is by video at set intervals after you fly home, and the discharge summary is written so that a physician in New York or a vårdcentral in Sweden can continue the care without starting over.
